Dr. Viveka Kumar

At Max Super Speciality Hospital in Saket, New Delhi, Viveka Kumar is a Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and the Principal Director & Chief of Cath Labs (Pan Max). He finished his MBBS and MD (Medication) from IMS (BHU), Varanasi and later got the DM (Cardiology) postdoc, superspeciality degree through GSVM Clinical School, Kanpur.

Dr. Viveka Kumar has performed in excess of 7,500 PTCA and Complex Mediations including Rotablation, Left Principal stenting and Bifurcation stenting, among different systems. He is skilled in electrophysiology procedures like RF ablation, cryo-ablation, cool tip ablation, ICDs, CRTs, pacemaker implantation, device/lead extraction, coronary and peripheral angioplasty, renal and carotid angioplasty, radial artery route angiograms, balloon valvotomy, and other similar procedures.

Dr. Viveka Kumar likewise has significant instructing experience.
